In my estate planning practice, I help people understand the strategies available to bring about the orderly distribution of their estates, minimizing the tax burdens and reducing the stress on their heirs. I prepare all the documents necessary to create and implement an effective estate plan, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and HIPPA releases. I also provide estate administration services and help clients with guardianship issues. With business formation clients, I thoroughly explain the different types of business structures that are available and identify the tax and liability consequences of each, so that clients make informed decisions when choosing a business form. I also draft all required documents to set clients up in compliance with Texas business laws, including articles of incorporation or organization, by-laws, partnership agreements and all state treasury department and IRS filings.
